And now for the “fine print”:
- It’s valid for home inspections performed for home buyers or sellers by participating InterNACHI® members.
Utah Elevated is a proud participant in the InterNACHI Buy Back Program. We strive to offer our clients the absolute best the inspection industry has to offer.
- The home must be listed for sale with a licensed real estate agent.
Your licensed real estate agent is an integral part of your real estate transaction. We work with them to ensure you get the compensation you deserve.
- The Guarantee excludes homes with material defects not present at the time of the inspection, or not required to be inspected, per InterNACHI’s Residential Standards of Practice.
Here at Utah Elevated Home Inspections every inspection we perform is done to the highest standards. We follow comprehensive standards of practice to make sure your investment is everything you hoped for.
- The Guarantee will be honored for 90 days after closing.
We know the process of moving into your new home takes some time. We want to make sure you have plenty of time to acclimate and notice issues that may not have been present in your report.
If your Utah Elevated Home Inspector misses anything, InterNACHI will pay you whatever price you paid for the home.
