Additional Services

Your home is important, and protecting you and your investment is our top priority. To that end, Utah Elevated is equipped to offer additional services, including mold and radon, that allow you to avoid potentially hazardous conditions that could cost you thousands down the road. Typically these services are performed during the inspection, but can be requested any time after you’ve settled in and all for a fraction of the cost of an inspection.
Mold

Molds are typically do not present an issue indoors, unless they land on wet or damp surfaces and begin growing. Typically molds produce allergens, irritants, and in some cases, toxic substances. Common allergic reactions to mold often include hay fever-type symptoms, such as sneezing, runny nose, red eyes, and skin rash (dermatitis).

Consider having your home inspected for mold today.

Radon

Radon is a cancer causing radioactive gas that you can’t see, smell, or taste. According to the Huntsman Cancer Institute, “1 in 3 Utah homes have unsafe radon levels.” Fortunately, you can fix a radon problem, but the only way to find out if it is an issue is to test.

We HIGHLY recommend radon testing along with every inspection.

Infrared

Infrared scans reveal issues that are not perceptible to the naked eye. From missing insulation to water penetration in walls and ceilings, IR delivers a more complete and comprehensive evaluation and is included standard with all of our inspections.

Meth

Methamphetamine contamination can last for years, even if smoked in a property only once. It leads to significant adverse health effects and can often cause symptoms in unsuspecting tenants akin to those of chronic users. Meth poses a serious and very real health concern in Utah.

We HIGHLY recommend meth testing along with every inspection.
